Fundraising Opportunities

Thank you for your interest in participating in one of our upcoming markets! We offer four opportunities to fundraise and engage with the community.  These opportunities are available to local nonprofits and kids K-12 organizations. Please read below for details about each opportunity. If you’re interested in these fundraising opportunities, please submit an application through our online form.

Fundraising Opportunity

Greeter Table

Indoor Market - March 22nd & November 22nd

This opportunity involves greeting shoppers at our indoor market at Heartland Church, Sun Prairie.

What’s Included:

  • You will be provided with a 6' table to display signage and set up a donation area for collecting funds for your organization.

Expectations:

  • Welcome in shoppers and share information about your organization to those interested

  • Must have signage for your organization.

  • Track attendance using a provided count clicker.

  • Commit to being present from 9 AM – 3 PM 

Previous markets have seen donation collections ranging from $1,000 – $2,000. Market attendance: 1500-3000 shoppers. 

Food Stand

Outdoor Market - May 17th &
October 4th

This opportunity allows your volunteer organization to host a food stand in the food court area at our outdoor Makers Market Sun Prairie.

What's Included: â€‹

  • Receive a complimentary 10x10 space for setup.

Expectations: 

  • Sell a lunch option for shoppers and vendors.

  • Your organization is responsible for providing food, tent and tables.

  • Commit to being present from 9am-3pm.

Previous markets have raised $500-2500 in funds. Market attendance: 1500-3000 shoppers

Fundraising Opportunity

Craft/Kids Experience Tent

Outdoor Market - May 17th &
October 4th

This opportunity allows you to host a kid-focused craft or activity. 

What’s Included:

  • A 20x20 tent and picnic tables for your setup.

  • The freedom to offer the activity for a suggested donation or a set price.

  • Up to $150 grant to help purchase supplies.

Expectations:

  • Plan and provide materials to host a kid-friendly craft/activity (e.g., past events have included pumpkin painting at our October market).

  • Commit to being present from 9am-3pm.

Previous markets have raised $400-800 in funds. Market attendance: 1500-3000 shoppers
