Facts About The Market

608 Markets started with a simple idea: to create a better kind of Wisconsin market. One that wasn’t just about booths and price tags but about connection, community, and supporting small businesses with big dreams.​ We’re a curated, juried makers market that features handmade goods, vintage treasures, boutique brands, and indie favorites all in one place. And yes, it’s as good as it sounds.​

This is a juried show, set-up & display are important. We will be visiting your social media to look through photos of your merchandising. If you have not sold at a show before or are just starting up please do not hesitate to apply. We love finding new talent! Not all applications will be accepted. (No direct sales (MLM) businesses)

 

We accept vintage collectors, handmade artisan vendors, lifestyle good vendors, specialty boutiques, artists, & local food vendors. We are seeking unique, current, & interesting items that our customers will be excited to shop. We limit the amount of vendors in each category. You may have a few "new mass produced" items in your booth but the majority of merchandise for sale must be handcrafted, vintage, boutique items or locally made. ​

We’re especially into:

• Handmade items with heart

• Vintage finds with character

• Small batch products, art, apparel

• Sellers who love what they do (and can set up a cute booth)
   

Not into:

• Mass-produced products

• Slapped-together displays

• Low-effort booth energy

 

Insurance Recommendation: It is strongly recommended that each vendor obtain an insurance policy that provides coverage for their booth space. 608 Markets will not be collecting Certificates of Insurance (COI) for 2025 markets. Makers Market SP, LLC/DBA 608 Markets, the City of Sun Prairie, and Firemen's Angell Park Speedway shall not be held liable for any damage, injury, or loss occurring within a vendor's booth space.

 

Booth Spaces

We have a variety of indoor booth spaces available. Booths come unfurnished. It is your responsibility to bring all tables and displays needed for your products. You may not use the venue walls for hanging displays/products. Absolutely no tape/thumb tacks/command hooks/application of any adhesive on the venue walls. You must fit yourself/any helpers within your booth footprint. We do not have the option for electricity.

Vendor selection is determined through a juried process, and specific booth availability is not guaranteed. 608 Markets reserves the right to adjust booth selections to benefit both the market and vendors. Due to various factors, we cannot guarantee automatic acceptance for vendors who have participated in previous markets.

Booth payment is required when submitting your application. Payments are processed only for accepted applications. If you are denied or put on our waitlist no payment is processed. Payments are non-refundable within 30 days of the date of 608 Markets.  A portion of booth fees are donated to Heartland Church.

We offer a variety of booth sizes and prices, from $80-$165, with limited quantities available for each size.

Show Set Up and Breakdown

Friday: 4pm-6pm

Saturday: 6am - 9am​

• All booths must be completely set up by 9:00 am.

Vendors may NOT start breaking down their booth prior to the close of the market at 3:00 pm. 

​

Sales Tax Requirements

All vendors are responsible for charging and filing their own Wisconsin sales tax (5.5%) for sales during the market. ​

​

Pet Policy

Absolutely NO PETS are allowed at 608 Markets.
